The Playford Restaurant

The award-winning Playford Restaurant offers innovative, world-class cuisine in the comfort of Adelaide’s best luxury hotel. We use high quality South Australian ingredients to produce modern Australian fare complemented by a crafted beverage list catering for a variety of tastes.

Our buffet breakfast showcases an extensive array of local and exotic fruits, breads and traditional hot breakfast accompaniments. We believe that fine food should be good for you. Hence we use organic, bio-dynamic and free-range produce wherever possible, with no genetically modified foods.

Indulgent Menu Options

Our menu combines cultural delights and world influence with fantastic local produce. Begin with the 18 hour baked sourdough loaf then indulge in our crispy Loukoumi pork belly with burnt grapefruit. Then perhaps a perfectly cooked South Australian Paroo kangaroo with saltbush dukkah for main. For dessert, try our chocolate plate for two or a South Australian Cheese board with our finest dessert wines.

The Playford Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner 7 days a week.

  • Monday to Friday – 6.30am to 10.30am
  • Saturday and Sunday – 6.30am to 9.00am or 9.30am to 11.00am

Dinner

  • Nightly – 6:00pm to 10:00pm
