When is Luma Restaurant & Bar open?
Luma is located on the ground floor. In the morning the Restaurant features a buffet breakfast with an express a la carte offering available from the Bar. Through the afternoon and into the evening our menus transition into European inspired fare with a focus on shared dining. Snack and in-room dining options are also available throughout the day.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2pm Monday to Thursday and from 3pm Friday to Sunday and public holidays.
What time is check-out?

When is the Health Club open?
Our gym, pool, spa and sauna are open 24 hours a day for guest use only. The pool is heated to 26 degrees, and is 12.5 metres long.
Can you store my luggage?
We can securely store small luggage for the day, giving you plenty of time to get out and explore the city of Adelaide. This service is subject to availability.
Is there a security bond for my accommodation?
Full prepayment of your total accommodation amount is required on arrival as well as a security bond by way of credit card pre-authorisation for your stay.
If your accommodation is already prepaid then a pre-authorised amount will be applicable on your credit card as a security bond for your stay.
The pre-authorisation will be released after departure if there are no incidents where the security bond is required. Please note cash and pre-loaded cards will not accepted.
Where can I park my car? How much does parking cost?
Car parking is available in The Playford Car Park located on Victoria Street, opposite the hotel.
Self-parking is available for $30 per night, subject to availability.

The driveway and access to our lobby entrance is located on Victoria Street.
