The health, safety and well-being of our staff, guests and partners remain our top priority.

We have established some of the most stringent cleaning standards and operational procedures in the world of hospitality to ensure a safe environment for all. The ALLSAFE label verified by Clifton represents our new elevated cleanliness protocols and standards and provides assurance that these standards have been met in our hotel.

 

What kinds of renovations are currently taking place?

The ground floor Restaurant and Bar are going through an extensive transformation and will re-open in August 2022. Works are currently underway with disruption kept to a minimum.

Selected accommodation floors have also been closed for preliminary refurbishment works.

 

What is the distance from Adelaide Airport to the hotel?

The Playford is approximately 9kms from Adelaide Airport, a short 15-20 minute commute by car.

 

What are the transport options from Adelaide Airport to the hotel?

Wireless internet is complimentary for guests throughout the hotel. Both wired and wireless connections are available in-room.

 

What time are food services available?

The ground floor Restaurant and Bar are closed until August 2022.
In room dining options are available throughout the day with breakfast available from 6:30am – 12pm weekdays and 7am – 12pm on weekends.

 

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2pm Monday to Thursday and from 3pm Friday to Sunday and public holidays.

 

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11am. For extended check-out enquiries please speak to our Reservations team on 08 8213 8888.

When is the Health Club open?

Our gym, pool, spa and sauna are open 24 hours a day for guest use only. The pool is heated to 26 degrees, and is 12.5 metres long.

COVID capacity limits apply. Please check with reception before using the facility to avoid disappointment.

 

Can you store my luggage?

We can securely store small luggage for the day, giving you plenty of time to get out and explore the city of Adelaide. This service is subject to availability.

 

Is there a security bond for my accommodation?

Full prepayment of your total accommodation amount is required on arrival as well as a security bond by way of credit card pre-authorization for your stay.

If your accommodation is already prepaid then a pre-authorized amount will be applicable on your credit card as a security bond for your stay.

The pre-authorization will be released after departure if there are no incidents where the security bond is required. Please note cash and pre-loaded cards will not accepted.

 

Where can I park my car? How much does parking cost?

Car parking is available in The Playford Car Park located on Victoria Street, opposite the hotel. Self-parking is available for $30 per night, subject to availability.

 

Where is the entrance to check in?

The driveway and access to our lobby entrance is located on Victoria Street.
