Starting Point

Upon your first meeting with one of our experienced event coordinators, they will work with you to discuss all of the fundamental facts regarding your event. The more we know about what you want from your conference, the more we can personalise our service to best suit your event requirements.

Locking down a date and time for your event is the first stepping stone in the process. This will help us determine the function rooms that are available and which will best suit what you’re looking for. This will also allow us to accommodate for client access before the event if you require time to set up.

Set Up Style

Next, we need to decide the type of event you’re holding. Do you prefer a banquet style conference, or would you like a classroom set up? The number of guests attending your event will help us determine which function space is best suited to your requirements. Our events team will be able to provide you with any guidance regarding room set up and seating arrangements, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Agenda and Running Sheet

We require you to provide us with a copy of your conference agenda and running sheet seven days before your event. This helps us adequately prepare timing for things such as catering and provide you with extra assistance where requires on the day.

Catering

Depending on your conference type and the conference package you have chosen to go with will determine the kind of catering offered to your guests at the event, also remembering to consider any dietary requirements. We will work with you to pick the best package so that your guests find your conference one to remember!

Audio and Visual Requirements

Our technical company, Staging Connections, are located onsite and offer 24/7 technical assistance.

We will discuss with you the technological requirements required for your conference in our initial meeting so that we can have everything up and running on the big day. Should you need any extra equipment, Staging Connections offer services ranging from theming, styling and multimedia, through to production management.
