All of our conference rooms are located on a self-contained floor, offering access to private bathroom facilities, lift access and a dedicated bar.  

Our Ballroom offers a premium conference experience, complete with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beauty of North Terrace, with a potential capacity for 500 guests in a ‘Theatre’ seated setting. Along with the Adelaide Rooms, The Ballroom, provides an option to subdivide. Each room holds the ability to be transformed into three different function spaces.

Our Boardroom features an exquisite solid wooden boardroom table and the latest built-in audiovisual equipment making it the perfect space for professional business meetings.

Each of our function rooms features a BOSE sound system connected to high-speed lines, and our in-house audio-visual technicians are on site daily if assistance is required.

For all of your audio and visual requirements, we recommend our on-site technical company, Staging Connections. Staging Connections are pleased to offer several complementary technological inclusions, including the option of a lectern with cabled microphone, whiteboard with pens and eraser, or the choice of a flipchart with pens and paper, and a single drop screen.

Located within the hotel, Staging Connections can offer you other services ranging from styling, theming and multimedia through to technical production management, audio, visual, lighting and webcasting.
