Our Kitchen follows a philosophy of organic, free-range and chemical-free and buys ‘paddock to plate’ where possible which supports local growers and ensures the freshest and most flavoursome ingredients arrive on the plate.

The Playford Lounge Bar

Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the Playford Lounge Bar offers a marvellous, warm ambience amidst stylish Art Nouveau surrounds. A popular social milieu, the Lounge Bar is bustling by day and fascinating by night. An extensive beverage list, renowned cocktails  including our signature drink the Fire Pit and great value meals make this a perennial favourite for locals and visitors alike.

MGallery by Sofitel properties are designed to promote the health and well-being of guests. Our leisure centre is open 24 hours a day for guest use only.

Our business centre has internet access and printing facilities. Secretarial services (chargeable) are also available by arrangement.

Guest Laundry

The hotel offers a valet service for all laundry and dry cleaning needs. In addition, a public laundry is located on the lower ground floor.

Secure Parking

Parking is available in the Playford Car Park which is located in Victoria Street directly opposite the hotel’s main entrance. Both self and valet parking options are available.
