The Kangaroo Island Bee Co is a family-owned business based in Kingscote, South Australia. Kangaroo Island is the oldest bee sanctuary in the world composed of national parks and conservation areas where bees, flora and fauna thrive in one of the cleanest, unpolluted regions of the world. This menu is crafted around world-class Ligurian honey and showcasing the talents of this exceptional local producer.
